Situated close to High Hazels, this National Trust cottage is part of a converted stableyard and also dates back to Bess of Hardwick times. It too has retained many of its 16th-century detail through 400 years of history. The spectacular Hardwick Hall, the charming gardens and orchards and the historic parkland are all waiting to be explored during opening hours. Ideally situated to visit nearby Clumber Park, Kedleston Hall and Chatsworth House.
