Woodland view offers accommodation over three floors with two double bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the first floor with views into Bakewell, the rolling hills and the golf course, bedroom 2 is a spacious loft bedroom, first floor bathroom with bath and separate shower complete with fluffy towels and Molton Brown toiletries, ground floor kitchen fully equipped with dinning table to comfortably seat four with an exceptionally cosy sitting room located at the front of the cottage complete with original stone fireplace, tall ceilings, wall hung LCD T.V with Sky with a seating arrangement for four, the rear of the cottage offers an internal secure store for bicycles or walking attire that is accessed off the kitchen or via a separate door at the rear of the cottage.

Sky television is included in the sitting room and in on bedroom 1; parking is located opposite the cottage with additional secure weekend parking behind a remote gate. Compact gardens are located to both the front & rear of the property with the rear also benefiting from a cosy “sit out” area.
